The, ‘Abbe in the Crane’s eye’ photo, or “self-portrait” as it is titled,was among the early photos and cool mistakes I made with my camera. It became my signature picture and people associate me to that photo and with sandhill cranes. These are some “Abb-strax” = the screw ups that work out as art.
